You need log on only ONCE during a session.

The system remembers that you are logged on and automatically provides you with Advanced Access data during all searches and allows you to employ all advanced searches that are available. When you are done with a session, you may log off anywhere you see a "Log Off" link. If you do not log off, there is no problem. The system will log you off after 20 minutes. That is, if you do not request a page from the site for 20 minutes, you will be logged off.

Account Closures:
You may cancel your advanced access subscription at any time to avoid future monthly charges but you are not credited back for the remaining portion of the final month of service. To cancel your advanced access account, email billing@laplatainfo.com. (You will receive confirmation of your cancellation by e-mail. If you do not receive confirmation, your account is not cancelled.) IF YOU DO NOT NOTIFY US BY THE TWENTY FIFTH DAY OF THE MONTH YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE NEXT MONTH CHARGES WHICH ARE POSTED ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH.

Having Problems Logging in with an Old User ID?
Real Estate Data Services, LLC on February 1, 2003, took over billing from Frontier Internet for our LaPlataInfo.com services. We discovered that we had many subscribers for which we have no billing information that have not been receiving a bill. To continue to use the advanced search service with your existing User ID and password just email us at billing@laplatainfo.com with your billing name, address and payment method or leave a voice mail at 970-375-3030. We will reactive your account as soon as possible.
